**Cancellation Policy**

- Cancellations made at least 14 days before arrival date: 100% full refund.

- Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before arrival: 50% refund of total amount.

- Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: full loss of deposit paid (no refund).

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Force majeure events (e.g., COVID restrictions) will be reviewed case-by-case.

Check-in: 2:00 PM (notify expected arrival time).
