House Rules – Ocean Sun Homes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please follow these simple rules:

Number of guests: Maximum 3 people (2 adults + 1 child).
Self check-in with Nuki smart lock (PIN code sent 24h before via WhatsApp/email with instructions).
Self check-out with Nuki: By 11:00am. Late check-out on request (subject to availability, request via WhatsApp 48h in advance).
Security deposit: €200 (cash or PayPal on check-in, refunded within 48h if all ok).
No smoking: Inside the apartment.
Smoking area: Terrace.
Pets: Not allowed (special arrangements possible).
Parties & noise: Not allowed. Quiet hours 11pm–9am (respect neighbors).
Facilities: Pool/bar per residence schedule.
Special keys: Keyring with pool key + external garbage bin key (leave at check-out).
Responsibility: Report damages within 24h.
Not responsible for forgotten items.
Extra cleaning: €90 for final clean.
