Terms & Conditions – Ocean Sun Homes

1. Booking

• Booking is binding upon receipt of deposit (50% of total).
• Confirmation via email within 24h.

2. Payments

• 30% deposit at booking (PayPal/Stripe).
• Balance + extras (cleaning €90)7 days before arrival.
• Security deposit €200 (refunded within 48h after inspection).

3. Cancellation

• Free up to 14 days before: 100% refund.
• 7-14 days: 50% deposit refund.
• Less than 7 days: deposit forfeited.

4. Arrival/Departure

• Check-in (self Nuki, PIN via WhatsApp).
• Check-out by 11:00am (self Nuki). Late check-out on request.

5. Liability

• Ocean Sun Homes not liable for thefts, guest damages, utility outages. Guest responsible for damages to third parties/terrace.

6. Force majeure

• Cancelled flights, COVID restrictions, disasters: full refund or voucher.

7. Privacy

• Data processed per GDPR (see Privacy Policy).
